The man selling tools on a stall is Mr Harold Taylor of Tom Taylor and Sons, Wrexham, who ran the business until 1977 when he retired due to ill health. Harold was a town and County Councillor also Alderman of Clwyd County Council. Harold and his wife visited a number of markets and fairs across N Wales.
