A traditional and popular Welsh folk song. First published in the Journal of the Welsh Folk-Song Society in 1937. An example of Hen Benillion whereby various stanzas of specific metre are sung to well-known tunes. Sung by Heather Jones, accompanied by Chris Jones on guitar, as part of the Alawon Fy Ngwlad joint project between trac, Caerphilly County Borough Council and Menter Caerffili.
