Photograph taken about 1950 in Borth near Aberlerry Farm. My Uncle David Edwards (17 May 1880 - 11 Jun 1953) and his daughter Megan (17 Jun 1920 - 1 Nov 2003) delivering milk by horse and cart in Borth. I can remember helping to bottle the fresh milk bottles at the farm. We cooled the warm milk before bottling and sealing the bottles with cardboard tops.Later Megan would deliver the milk by van after her father died in 1953.
