Letter from Councillor David Evans, Chairman of Social Services Committee, County of South Glamorgan, thanking Robert Davies for a significant contribution to the furtherance of the aims of the International Year of the Disabled. The Council invites Robert Davies to a Presentation Evening on the 11th of January 1982 to receive a medallion for his contribution.
