This highly decorated truncheon was formerly owned by myself, before I arranged for it to be transferred to the South Wales Police Museum.
Research has since shown that the St. Hilary, actually refers to St. Hilary in Cornwall, a Parish which has a rich and celebrated history from pre-historic times to the present day.
