TOC H Pwllheli Banner, 1938

Description

TOC H is an organisation where volunteers meet together to carry out worthwhile projects in their own community. It was established in 1915 in a house in a Belgian town named Poperinge, a few miles behind the front-line trenches. The house was called Talbot House (whose initials, in army telephone jargon, give TOC H its distinctive name).

The Pwllheli branch was established in 1938.
