This indictment reads as follows:
'Ieuan ap David ap Ieuan ap Gruffydd of Bodrith, gentleman and Jonet ferch Richard, his wife, housewife, at Bodrith broke and entered the close of Gruffydd ap Ieuan Tudur and depastured with their cattle the hay and corn of the said Gruffydd and with certain others dug up and ruined Gruffydd's garden.
