Marine Life on the Wreck of the CARTAGENA: Foredeck Mooring Bollards
Description
The marine life found on the CARTAGENA is dominated by filter-feeding plumose anemones. The plumose anemone captures food from the water with its tentacles. The food largely comprises zooplankton such as copepods and the larvae of other species.
This photograph reveals the clusters of anemones that are to be found on the mooring bollards on the foredeck.
