The Heritage of Orchards & Cider Making in Wales project / Treftadaeth Perllanau a Gwneud Seidr yng Nghymru
The Welsh Perry & Cider Society and George Ewart Evans Centre for Storytelling at the University of South Wales collaborated on ‘The Modern Story of Orchards and Cider Making in Wales’, one of the three strands of 'The Heritage of Orchards and Cider Making in Wales' project.
The aim of this strand was to capture and tell the modern story of orcharding and cider making in Wales through the collection of oral histories and digital stories and to run workshops to help people learn the skills to capture and share their own heritage.
