Newtown Local History Group

Newtown Local History Group has been recording and preserving the local cultural heritage for over 30 years. We research, write and publish local history books like "Newtown Through Time", two Archive Series and many more. Our Newtonian Journal started in year 2000 and published quarterly now reaching over 99 volumes, which are also carried by the Local Library and Powysland Club Library.
