Description
Carlos Calvo, Argentine Consul, London, writes in reply to the letter received from Michael D. Jones on 12 November. He states that the Commisary General of Immigration in Paris has not yet been authorised to pay the passages of the two families who wish to emigrate to the Settlement in Chubut, Patagonia. He will contact Michael D. Jones as soon as this authorisation is given.
