On the bottom of the photograph:- 'The Llanelly Police Football Team 1913'.
As there are 15 men shown in the team, I assume that it refers to 'rugby' football. The men would have been members of the former Carmarthenshire Constabulary. At one time, all forms of sporting activities were an important part of each police force.
