This is a photograph of a casket carved by Harry Comley. Harry was commissioned by Father Cunanne of Our Lady of the Taper church in the late 1980s, possibly 1988, to create a casket to house a candle that had been blessed in Rome by Pope John Paul the second. Harry created a design which displayed fruit linked to the fruit of the vine and other Christian linked flora.
