Constable Arthur Justin Spragg and an unnamed Sergeant of the Glamorgan Constabulary.
Constable Spragg was stationed at Mountain Ash Police station, during the period of the second world war. It was a Sub-Division of the 'A' or Aberdare Division.
He was one of the first motorcycle policemen in the force area. The side-car has the force name on the side - Glamorgan Constabulary.
