Artists Yvonne Pugh & Christine McCarthy produced these lino-cut prints at Dowlais Library as part of the Valleys Re-told Project organised by Klara Scroka of Amgueddfa Cymru. They both used images inspired by the surrounding streets and buildings that can be found in Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil and the South Wales Valleys. They produced some exciting work that portrayed a real sense of the local environment.
