This is a photograph of a Newspaper report, covering a presentation in the German parliament to a number of British Army soldiers from the Royal regiment of Wales, including Private Dai Dudley, a British Army Veteran whom served in the Royal regiment of Wales. The occasion reported was a presentation by the German Chancellor Helmut Khol, recognizing a charity challenge completed by the soldiers, which raised a significant sum on money to help a local German children's centre in September 1987.
