An original postcard photograph showing a Constable of the former Swansea County Borough Police.His name is not known.
The two inverted chevrons show that he holds the rank of Constable 1st Class.
Above the chevrons is his St. John Ambulance Brigade qualification badge.
On the rear it is dated April 1931.
