This is a copy of a photograph belonging to RN Veteran Mr John Roberts, who was a Submariner at the time this photograph was taken and visited Malta numerous times during his long career. The image shows aircraft carrier R64 HMS Thesus at Malta. Former Chief Petty Officer John "Bob" Roberts joined the Navy in 1943 and served until 1967.
