This is a photograph of a page in the local picture magazine Billed Bladet, which captures images of the Royal Navy ship and crew of HMS Diadem when docked at Copenhagen in May and June 1945. The magazine belongs to Mr John Roberts RN retired and has been kept as a memento of his time at Copenhagen at the time. John was a young Sailor aboard HMS Diadem at the time. John's memoirs of his time aboard HMS Diadem during interviews that were recorded, as well as photographs and related material, can be viewed online in the John Roberts collection at the West Wales Veterans Archive on the Peoples collection Wales website.
