This is a photograph in the possession of Mr David Griffith. Dai served in the RAF regiment in the 1950s. In this photograph an RAF regiment Gunner can be seen helping a local Greek Cypriot lady carrying a heavy load. The work parties were made up of men and women from the local Greek Cypriot community. The photograph shows work at the RAF base at Nicosia.
