This is a copy of a photograph taken by RAF Photographer SAC Nigel Hopkins of an RAF Nimrod from 42 squadron RAF based at RAF St Mawgan during the late 1970's. Nigel was flying alongside this Nimrod in another of 42 squadrons Nimrod's when this photograph was taken off the coast off south west England. Nigel was a Photographer based at St Mawgan and joined crews from 42 squadron on missions from the base.
