Court House, Machynlleth. This is a copy of a postcard of a medieval building in Machynlleth at the end of Maengwyn street which formed the Court House of the Lordship of Cyfeiliog. It is also known as the Mayor's house. A third gable has been added on the right. The building was taken by Cromwell's Yeomanry, under Sir Thomas Middleton, early on November 1644.
