Description
This item contains sensitive images, viewer discretion is advised. Douglas Davies joined the Royal Army Medical Corps in June 1943 before working as a pharmacist and radiographer in several Indian hospitals. Whilst in India he purchased his first camera for 5 rupees, photographing various street scenes, people and buildings around the country.
