William: You’ve got to love it there’s no ifs or buts…Helen’s is not from a farming background, so she's just adapted to it and taken to it…
Helen: And now I wouldn't change anything.
William: No, but I've always grown up with it and I've always loved it from a young age,well, I don’t know, I got stories from my parents telling me they had to come and get me when I was 2 or 3, and I'd gone out to the field to cows, they couldn't find me and where’ve I gone like.
Interviewer Sarah Loud: Sounds like it's in the blood?
William: Yeah, definitely for me. And it like, I might not be very good with names and stuff like that, but if you ask me which cow came from her and who is her grandmother, great grandmother I can name it all to you like …yeah, I know them all.
Helen: Yeah, you have got to love doing it, haven’t you?
William: Yeah…probably my favourite is cattle and like cows and calves and seeing the new-born calves coming through that is my passion. That's a lovely time, you know
