This is an engraving of Arthur Keen (1835-1915), and is not dated but supposed to be around 1870.
Arthur Keen is the 'Keen' in Guest Keen and Nettlefolds, later GKN, and he bought Dowlais Iron Company from Icor Guest for £1.5 million in 1899.
