A framed and glazed photograph of Thomas Ince Webb- Bowen Esquire. Chief Constable of Pembrokeshire Constabulary 1.7.1879 until 1.12.1906.

He was the father of Air Vice-Marshal Sir Tom Ince Webb-Bowen KCB, CMG, RAF. (17 January 1879 – 29 October 1956).

Sir Tom was a senior commander in the Royal Air Force during the first half of the 20th century.
