A 64 page Annual Chief Constable's Report for the year of 1967.
This is a significant record of a Police force which had been in existence since 1857, and was about to be forced into an amalgamation with other county constabularies, to form the Dyfed Powys Constabulary.
Full of information including a potted history of the force. It goes on to report the annual figures etc; Training, Crime and Criminal Statistics, Road Traffic Safety & Communications and several other subjects.
On the inside is a letter from the Chief Constable, Mr. A. Goodson addressed to the Chairman of the Police Committee and dated 18th March 1968. The County Police Headquarters are shown to be in Haverfordwest.
