This is a photograph of the awards page of the British Army soldiers record book relating to WW2 Veteran Oliver Phillips. Oliver's son Bernard would later follow him into the Army, when he was conscripted into the Welch Regiment in 1951. Material relating to Bernards service, including his recollections of the Korean War, can be viewed online in Bernard's collection at the West Wales Veterans Archive on the People’s Collection Wales website
