This is an account of the National Service experience of Mr Hendry McMahon which relates to compulsory service in the South African Defence Forces in the 1970's. Hendry was conscripted into the 14th Filed Horse Artillery Regiment in 1974. This narrative accompanies a filmed interview with Hendry undertaken by Age Cymru Dyfed.
